If you remember my reviews from this time last year, I read the latest Alaskan Rebels book in June, and mentioned wanting the next one, but not knowing when it would be available? (If not, I’ll like to that review that below)

Well, Sara has just announced the next one, and it’s already available for pre-order! AND for those who pre-order directly from her website, you will get the book early! (It was a month early last time, and will likely be close to that now. This is what I did for A Rebel’s Shot!)

Note: I didn’t make, nor do I own, this image. All rights belong to the author; it’s the image she posted with the announcement on her Facebook page. (The image links directly to her post.)

About the book:

She left him her son, a warning, and a lie. Now the lie has come to collect.

Ex-wildland firefighter Magnus Rebel has spent ten months raising Oliver, the little boy left behind by the woman he knew as Annie. She vanished leaving only forged papers, too many secrets, and a warning never to call the police.

When a storm strands Magnus in a remote Alaskan town, he finds her alive, hiding behind a bakery counter under another name.

Before Magnus can demand answers, armed men drag Oliver into a black van as the boy screams for the only father he knows.

Grace Carter spent eight years running from the arms dealer who turned her into a weapon. Now he has Oliver. His price is the Aegis Key.

To save the boy they both love, Grace must break into a government black site, and Magnus must trust the woman who abandoned them both. If they fail, Oliver won’t just be lost. He’ll belong to a monster.

For fans of protective heroes, found family, hidden identities, and high-stakes romantic suspense with heart.

And for those of you waiting for that review link, here is my review post where I share my thoughts and reactions after reading ->->A Rebel’s Shot<-<- (Alaskan Rebels #4), but don’t worry, each book features a different member of the Rebel family, and can be read in any order. While it’s best to read them in order, you can jump in with the latest one if that’s more your style!)
